• Francisco graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Masters of Physical Therapy.

• Since graduating, he has become certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Kinesio-Taping and myofascial release. He combines acupuncture, soft tissue release techniques, joint mobilizations and rehabilitation exercises to optimize his patients' health and recovery from injury. 

• Francisco has worked as a physiotherapist in Kincardine since 2010.

"I first became interested in rehabilitation when I was a teenager and had recurring knee and ankle injuries from playing sports. I learned at a young age that the body could recovery from injury and heal itself by balancing the right type of exercises with adequate recovery. This was an incredible discovery for me, as up to that point I had thought the only answer to persistent pain was to rest or take medicine.

Since then I’ve been very interested in the way the body works and heals which lead to me to take kinesiology and eventually physiotherapy when I went to university. While at university I had the pleasure to work with athletes as a student therapist. As much as I enjoyed the fieldwork, I discovered the clinic is where I loved to work. Since graduating I've continued learning and evolving my practice as my interest in how body function can be optimized has never wavered."
